Are you comfortable lying on your back?

Standing in front of a Mirror
Is your head tilted to one side?
Are your ears even?
Is one shoulder is higher than the other?
Is one hip lower than the other?
Does your body lean to one side or the other?
Are your pant legs even on both sides?
Can you stand comfortably on both feet”
Is one foot turned out more than the other?

How are you feeling?
Do you feel pain, tension or stiffness in your neck or back?
Are you able to get comfortable quickly when you go to bed?
Are you getting up in the night because of pain?
Do you have pain on one side of your body and not the other?
Are you easily fatigued?
Do you feel old beyond your years?
Are there things that you are no longer able to do?
Is getting up from a sitting position difficult?
Are you easily winded (short of breath)?
Is your digestion sluggish?
Are you having headaches?
Do you have allergies?
Do you have recurring infections?

More than three of these symptoms indicate that you have a misaligned spine and need to have your spine examined and corrected.
