Chronic pain is a real hassle. Imagine doing work, travel, going to places and then experiencing chronic pain. It is such a huge inconvenience not only for yourself, but for the people around you. Remedies these days, usually tend to be drugs. While I think that they are great in their own right, I think that sticking to more natural remedies are better.
