Dr. Robert Brooks - Obituary

On Sunday, May 9, 2021, Dr. Robert Brooks, dedicated Chiropractor and teacher, passed away at the age of 75.

Dr. Brooks was born on April 15th, 1946 in Tulsa, OK to Cecil and Gusetta Brooks. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA in 1970. He personally cared for more than twenty-five thousand patients from Oklahoma, each of the fifty states and a number of foreign countries.

Dr. Brooks had a passion for taking care of people, through NUCCA spinal care, chiropractic seminars and personal relationships. He noted his greatest loves to be his partner, Barbara Allen and his grandchildren.

Dr. Brooks was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Gusetta and his oldest son, Tod Brooks. He is survived by his partner Barbara Allen, his grandson, Blake Brooks, son Douglass Brooks, wife Sarah and their two sons, Daniel and Bruce Brooks, son Killis Carrell, son Jonathan Brooks, wife Stephanie and their two daughters, Evelyn and Rory Brooks.  His life reflected his personal intent to be a student, a healer and a teacher, with dignity, integrity and grace.
